Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does the tracking schedule work? +
You can set specific time windows when you're visible to trackers — for example, Monday–Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. Outside those windows, your location is hidden. Complete control, always.
What happens when I trigger an SOS? +
Your 2 emergency contacts receive an instant push notification with your live GPS location, plus an auto-captured photo, video clip, and audio recording (on Silver/Gold/Diamond plans). The alert keeps updating your location in real-time until you cancel it.
Does TrackMeLive work without internet? +
The app requires an internet connection to send and receive live location data and SOS alerts. However, the last known location is cached and visible even when offline, and SMS fallback for SOS is on our roadmap.
Is my location data private and secure? +
Absolutely. Your location is only shared with people you explicitly invite. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties — your privacy is our core promise.
